Verdrahtungsstandards für Sensoren sorgen für sichere Verbindungen

In der Steuerungstechnik wurden Sensoren bislang mit hohem Aufwand über Schraub- oder Federzugklemmen angeschlossen. Um bei modern aufgebauten Maschinen den Aufbau- und Wartungsaufwand zu minimieren und Verkabelungsfehler zu vermeiden, kommen Standard-Steckverbinder für Sensoren zum Einsatz.

Bei der konventionellen Verkabelung wird jeder Draht an einzelnen Klemmen befestigt, weshalb auch für die Wartung der Leitungen Fachkräfte mit elektrotechnischem Know-how nötig sind. Durch die Verwendung vorkonfektionierter Sensor-Leitungen wird die händische Verdrahtung überflüssig, wodurch das hohe Fehlerpotential entfällt.
