KDS launches new user and solutions-focused website
"KDS addresses two main audiences. On one hand we have travel executives looking for a solution to control their cost, and on the other we have finance departments looking for a way to streamline their companies' expense reports," said Stanislas Berteloot, Marketing Director of KDS. "The challenge was to cater for both audiences and to show them that, rather than thinking of travel and expense management as isolated processes, they are better handled with a single, integrated solution."

The new homepage guides visitors to the right solutions through four distinct menus:
- The Product menus now clearly explain the purpose and features of each solution
- The Role menu addresses visitor's issues by their job function
- The Pain menu presents solutions to the most pressing industry concerns
- The Community menu directs partners to relevant resources
"When someone visits KDS.com, they'll see straight away that the homepage is focused around their needs and the questions they may be asking," commented Berteloot. "It's not just 'here's what KDS does,' but instead 'here's how KDS can help with my problems.'" In addition to information about the T&E solutions the company offers and how these can help customers to reduce costs, enforce policy and monitor spend, the website also features a wealth of other content including a travel industry news blog, information on key industry and company-led events as well as the latest corporate press releases. KDS will also soon be adding a video channel to their website called KDS TV, showcasing client testimonials, partner insights and product news.
"The steep increase in traffic on our website suggests that these changes are having the desired effect," added Berteloot. "People come to our website searching for help in better managing their travel & expense. We are glad to see that our new site guides them quickly towards the solutions which best meet their needs."
