"Trick or Threat" - Spammer setzten auf Halloween

Kaspersky Lab meldet in seinem Spam-Report für Oktober einen Spam-Anteil im gesamten E-Mail-Traffic von 85,7 Prozent, das sind 0,6 Prozent weniger Spam-Mails als im September. Links auf Phishing-Seiten gab es in 0,9 Prozent aller E-Mails, ein Zuwachs von 0,1 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vormonat. Der Trend, dass Spammer zunehmend schädliche Dateien verschicken, hält an. Denn im Oktober enthielten insgesamt 2 Prozent aller E-Mails Schadprogramme - ein Zuwachs im Vergleich zum Vormonat um 0,7 Prozent.

Vor allem englischsprachige Spam-Mails standen im Oktober ganz im Zeichen von Halloween.
