Heesemann turns 90! At the open house anniversary celebrations planned for 14 and 15 September, customers and partners will have the opportunity to discover the latest machines and developments, gain insights into the production in a plant tour and talk with Heesemann’s experts in a relaxed atmosphere. To celebrate the company’s 90th anniversary, the showroom at the headquarters in Bad Oeynhausen has also been redesigned and equipped with the latest machine models.
The passionate engineer Karl Heesemann founded Karl Heesemann Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG in 1933. For 90 years now, Heesemann has been developing and manufacturing sanding machines for the industry and trades. Over the course of time, the company has developed fundamental and trend-setting innovations that have endured to this day. Heesemann has consistently provided new impulses for sanding technology and advanced it. Today, Heesemann has approximately 150 employees at its headquarters in Bad Oeynhausen and is the world market leader in the field of wood sanding machines. The product range includes machines for demanding trades as well as large industrial machines. In addition to the wood sector, Heesemann is expanding its market share in the metal sector and also offers metal processing solutions such as the profiRounder deburring systems. The company’s export quota is close to 80% and renowned customers from Europe, the USA and Asia have relied on Heesemann’s expertise for decades.
