Nach Vorliegen aller nötigen Bewilligungen der zuständigen Kartellbehörden konnte die Kaba Gruppe heute die am 19. Januar 2011 angekündigte Übernahme der Firma Møller Undall abschliessen. Der Preis für den Erwerb der schuldenfreien Møller Undall Group beträgt NOK 262.5 Mio. (rund CHF 43 Mio.).
