JORG Label.Web 220 - The Cost‐Effective Entry in the Label Market
The machine serves the narrow web sector up to a printing width of 220 mm and prints using a paper web with an unwinder and rewinder. Here the labels can be printed on a blank roll and cut to either to an individual format or can be rewound on the rewinder for further finishing.
The JORG Label.Web 220 makes it possible for individual printing of small or medium‐sized print jobs with very low printing costs. This is possible because the printer does not have expensive setup times, cliché or tool costs since the printer is driven completely digitally. In this way, the JORG Label.Web 220 is the ideal printing system for the ever growing On‐Demand and Just‐In‐Time market for color labels and stickers.
The integrated Memjet printhead technology operates by a special patented inkjet principle. In a single‐pass, all inks (CMYK+K) are printed onto the substrate at the same time. This gives the printer production printing speeds up to a maximum of 30 cm per second, making this printer the fastest web printing system in its class.
On top of this, a total of 70,400 print nozzles allows it to print at a maximum physical resolution of 1,600 x 1,600 dpi.
The printer is operated with an integrated touchscreen color display where all of the operation functions are simply and intuitively designed. This is made possible with an integrated Windows‐PC which can be easily integrated in existing networks. An automatic print‐cost calculation as well as job and media management completes the user‐friendliness of the printer.
