Johnson Controls Appoints Susan Wojciechowski to Lead Real Estate and Facilities Management Business for Global Technology Sector
Wojciechowski has more than 20 years experience in international real estate management, including prior leadership positions at CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company. She most recently worked with Outsource Partner Advisory Services, a company that she formed to provide expense reduction strategies, global service partner selection, contract pricing and negotiation, organizational service delivery design and process methodologies to the real estate market.
Wojciechowski's background complements Johnson Controls' successful GWS business model, which is based on delivering workplace and critical environmental management for multinational companies in key vertical markets - technology, life sciences, industrial, financial services and oil and gas.
Wojciechowski is charged with strengthening the company's already considerable presence in the technology sector by developing strategic alliances and expanding products and services for this market, according to Guy Holden, Vice President and General Manager, Johnson Controls GWS.
"Susan brings a wealth of experience to Johnson Controls and is the right person to help us expand our expertise in managing vital business environments and giving multinational companies and organizations the freedom to focus on their core businesses," said Holden. "Her market knowledge will complement our ongoing research and development efforts to integrate facilities management services and target them to meet specific market needs."
Johnson Controls GWS manages facilities for some of the largest companies in the technology sector, including Agilent Technologies, the world's premier measurement company and a technology leader in chemical analysis, life sciences, electronics and communications.
