JDSU Enhances NetComplete(TM) Service Assurance Solution with Empirix's Hammer XMSTM Signaling Monitoring
Service providers are migrating to Ethernet as a primary transport protocol and their ability to ensure service quality has become an increasingly critical business imperative. With the addition of Hammer XMS, NetComplete provides a comprehensive service monitoring solution that addresses both signaling and media content, correlates across multiple protocols, quickly identifies network problems, and helps deliver a best-quality customer experience.
