True Value Hardware and Other Industry Experts to Present Proven Demand Chain Strategies at JDA Executive Seminars

Featuring speakers from True Value Hardware and other companies, the JDA Customer Value Days will tackle how to drive top- and bottom-line results with strategic merchandise management, category management and collaborative programs. With a full-day agenda that includes keynote speakers, breakout tracks and networking opportunities, this executive forum is complimentary for customers and other friends of JDA.

Industry Leaders to Share Best Practices
The Chicago seminar will feature True Value Hardware’s Jill Winkel, who will speak on how one of the world’s largest member-owned wholesale hardware cooperatives has improved profitability and performance with its Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment® (CPFR®) program. True Value has achieved impressive results with its CPFR initiative including improved incremental year-over-year inventory position on product lines by 30 percent, decreased lost sales by 22 percent and reduced overstocks by 25 percent.
