JDA Portfolio Provides “One Tool, One Way, One Solution“ for Another Retail Brand Alliance Division

Scottsdale, Ariz. - September 12, 2002 - JDA® Software Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: JDAS) announced that privately held Retail Brand Alliance Inc., a premier multi-division fashion company, replaced the Retek Merchandising Solution with JDA Portfolio® merchandise management software to manage the operations of its Brooks Brothers fine classic clothing division. In addition to JDA’s Merchandise Management System-I (MMS®), Retail Brand Alliance uses Performance Analysis by IDEAS™ and Advanced Store Replenishment by E3® for its rapidly expanding business that also includes Casual Corner, Petite Sophisticate, August Max, Carolee Designs and Adrienne Vittadini brands.
