Vergabebekanntmachung Dienstleistungszentrum am JadeWeserPort im EU-Amtsblatt

Beim Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union ist heute die Bekanntmachung über die Vergabe einer Baukonzession im Verhandlungsverfahren für die Planung, Finanzierung, Errichtung und den Betrieb eines Dienstleistungszentrums am Container-Tiefwasserhafen JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven eingegangen. Das Gebäude mit einer Geschossfläche von mindestens 3.600 qm auf einer Grundstücksgröße von mindestens 5.000 qm ist vorgesehen zur Büronutzung und für hafennahe Dienstleistungen. Die JadeWeserPort Logistics Zone GmbH & Co. KG als Auftraggeber vergibt für die Realisierung des Projektes ein Erbbaurecht. Gewünscht wird ein energetisch optimiertes Gebäude mit einer repräsentativen Gestaltung im Eingangsbereich des neuen Hafengeländes. Bis zum 16.
