NTT DATA EUROPE GmbH & Co. KG, Düsseldorf, announced today its decision, to make a voluntary public offer to acquire all outstanding shares of itelligence AG. The consideration to be offered to the shareholders of itelligence AG for their shares will be EUR 10.80 in cash per share. According to NTT DATA EUROPE GmbH & Co. KG, the offer is expected to be subject to the condition that the bidder holds at least 95% of the share capital and voting rights of itelligence AG after completion of the offer.
