Die digitale Welt hat das Zuhause - das sogenannte Smart Home - erreicht. Miteinander vernetzte Heizungen, Rollläden und Lampen versprechen Bequemlichkeit. Doch das digital gesteuerte Zuhause hat auch seine Tücken. So machte Anfang des Jahres ein Kühlschrank von sich reden, als er Tausende Spam-Mails verschickte. Ist schlichtweg das Passwort zu einfach, können Hacker die Internetverbindung, Satellitenschüssel und das Stromnetz als Einfallstor nutzen, um die Steuerung über Kühlschrank, Licht, und Co. zu übernehmen. Aber selbst komplizierte Passwörter schützen nicht immer. Um Hackern keine Chance zu geben, gibt es Prüfmethoden, die sicherstellen, dass Unbefugte nicht ins Smart Home eindringen und Steuerungsbefehle ungewollt
