20 afrikanische Krankenhausmanager schließen einjähriges Training in Deutschland ab

In vielen afrikanischen Ländern verschlechtern Armut und Unterernährung die Gesundheitssituation dramatisch. Öffentliche Krankenhäuser sind oft in einem mangelhaften Zustand. Geld und Managementwissen fehlen. Das Krankenhausmanagement ist eine besondere Herausforderung in Afrika. Hohe Säuglings- und Kindersterblichkeit, schlechte Müttergesundheit, HIV/AIDS und Malaria bilden die Rahmenbedingungen.

20 Krankenhausmanager aus Tansania, Malawi, Kamerun und Ruanda schließen im Juni in Berlin ein einjähriges InWEnt-Training in Deutschland ab. Bis Ende Juni stehen sie für Interviews in englischer Sprache zur Verfügung. Erfahren Sie von den Fachleuten, wie sie ihre neuen Erfahrungen künftig zum Management der Krankenhäuser in ihren Heimatländern einsetzen wollen.
