Zum Tag des Windes 2009 informieren zahlreiche Initiativen in ganz Österreich über die Windkraftnutzung. Der Hauptevent der IG Windkraft wird in St.Pölten-Stattersdorf am Donnerstag, den 11. Juni 2009 von 10- 17 Uhr gefeiert. Insgesamt werden wieder tausende BesucherInnen die verschiedenen Events stürmen. Das spannende Programm reicht von geöffneten Windrädern bis zu Kranfahrten, Verlosungen, Kinderprogramm und Elektrofahrzeug-Probefahrten.
