Die letzten Ausschreibungsrunden haben gezeigt, dass Windenergieausbau in Deutschland kein Selbstläufer mehr ist. Bisher trat die aktuelle Regierung beim Erneuerbaren-Ausbau oftmals nur auf die Bremse, jetzt fehlen ihr sichtlich die Instrumente, um Hemmnisse abzubauen und effektiv zu beschleunigen.

Politisch gewollt waren Ausschreibungsmodelle mit ökonomisch eingebauter Bremswirkung. Jetzt funktionieren diese Modelle aber nicht mehr. Es fehlen ökonomische Beschleunigungsspuren um aktuell unwirtschaftliche, noch nicht genehmigte und/oder beklagte Projekte zu aktivieren.
