Der taiwanesische Embedded Flash- und DRAM-Speicherhersteller Innodisk Corporation bringt mit dem NVMe BGA SSD eine hochintegrierte NanoSSD-Lösung mit einer sehr kleinen Baugröße im SiP-Package auf den Markt, das mit dem Formfaktor 11,5mm x 13mm in den Speicherkapazitäten 32, 64, 128, 256 und 512GB erhältlich ist. Die Leistungsaufnahme liegt bei < 2mW im Ruhezustand bzw. bei max. 2,0W im READ/WRITE Betrieb bei der 512GB Variante und ist somit für den Einsatz in batteriebetriebenen Applikationen ohne Einschränkung der Performance bestens geeignet. Mit dem PCIe Gen 3x2 NVME 1.3 kommt ein hochflexibles Interface zum Einsatz. Der Arbeitstemperaturbereich liegt zwischen -40°C und +85°C.
