Die Industrie- und Handelskammer zu Schwerin weist nochmals auf die Registrierungspflicht der Hersteller und Importeure von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten hin. Ansonsten droht nach § 6 Abs. 2 ElektroG für die Hersteller und Importeure, deren Registrierungsantrag nicht bis spätestens 23.11.2005, 24:00 Uhr bei der Stiftung ´Elektro-Altgeräte Register´ (EAR) eingegangen ist, ab dem 24.11.2005 ein Verkaufsverbot für nicht registrierte Geräte.

´Das Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz (ElektroG) enthält keine über den 23.11.2005 hinausgehende Verlängerung der Registrierungsfrist und auch keine Ausnahmeregelung für Kleinmengen,´ so Klaus Uwe Scheifler, Leiter der Industrieabteilung der Industrie- und Handelskammer zu Schwerin.
