Über Fallstricke beim Online-Geschäft und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen im Internet informiert die IHK Düsseldorf in einer kostenlosen Veranstaltung am 19. September. "Es gilt, die Spielregeln zu kennen. Sonst tappt man schnell in Fallen, die teuer werden können. Wer etwa eine Homepage ohne die erforderlichen Pflichtangaben ins Internet stellt, riskiert sofort eine kostenpflichtige Abmahnung", so Günter Friedel, Wirtschaftsrechtsexperte der IHK. Auch Werbeaktionen per E-Mail seien in der Regel unzulässig. Vorsicht sei außerdem geboten bei allen E-Mail Anfragen zu Bankverbindung und Passworten. "Mit dieser modernen Form des Trickbetrugs sollen lediglich persönliche Daten ausgespäht werden, um so Geld abzuheben oder zu überweisen", warnt Friedel.
