Diese und viele weitere Fragen können beim nächsten Patent- und Erfindersprechtag der Industrie- und Handleskammer (IHK) Offenbach am Main angesprochen werden. Am Mittwoch, 13. Februar 2008, können Unternehmen und freie Erfinder in vertraulichen Einzelgesprächen einen versierten Patentanwalt über die gewerblichen Schutzrechte wie Patente, Marken, Gebrauchs- oder Geschmacksmuster befragen.

Teilnehmer können ihre eigene Entwicklung oder Erfindung vorstellen und dabei klären, welches der Schutzrechte für sie in Frage kommt, wie dieses beantragt und durchgesetzt werden kann. Auch für die notwendige Recherche nach dem Stand der Technik kann der Anwalt hilfreiche Tipps geben.
