Today, Royal Imtech N.V.'s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) granted the requested approvals needed to execute a rights issue of 500 million euro. The AGM also appointed Mr. Hans Turkesteen, CFO, as member of the Board of Management and approved the new remuneration policy for the Board of Management.

At the time of the rights issue launch further details on the rights issue, including the issue price and the number of shares to be issued, will be published.
