Implenia hat heute erfolgreich eine vorrangige Anleihe im Gesamtbetrag von CHF 150 Mio. am Schweizer Kapitalmarkt platziert. Die Anleihe wurde zum Nennwert mit einer Laufzeit von 4 Jahren und einem Zinssatz von 2,00% emittiert.

Der Emissionserlös wird ausschliesslich zur teilweisen Rückzahlung der ausstehenden Wandelanleihe im Umfang von CHF 175 Mio. mit Fälligkeit am 30. Juni 2022 verwendet. Die erfolgreiche Emission ermöglicht es Implenia, ihr Fälligkeitsprofil zu verlängern und die Finanzierungsstruktur des Unternehmens weiter zu stärken.
