Dr Wolfram Lüneburg manages the Schirm business location in Schönebeck (Elbe)
Chemical products are manufactured on behalf of the chemical industry at Schirm in Schönebeck (Elbe); substances and ingredients react with each other in small reactors in different temperature and pressure conditions. Chemists call this process synthesis. The chemicals are used, for example, in agriculture or the elastics, rubber and adhesive industries. Other customers can be found in the electronics, construction and automobile industries. Schirm manufactures various mixtures of active ingredients and auxiliary materials at Schönebeck too. Its services also include automatically filling the new liquid and solid products in different sizes of containers, packaging them and sending them to the ordering party’s customers.
Schirm is part of the Imperial Logistics International Group and acts as a neutral contract manufacturer for the chemical industry in Germany with four business locations in the country: at Schönebeck (Saxony-Anhalt), Baar-Ebenhausen near Ingolstadt (Bavaria), Lübeck (Schleswig-Holstein) and Wolfenbüttel (Lower Saxony). Schirm also has a production site operating as Schirm USA in Ennis/Texas, USA.
