E-Mails können sehr schnell Postfächer verstopfen. Das ist nicht nur zuhause ein Problem. Es führt auch an vielen Arbeitsplätzen zu erhöhten Kosten. Ist im Büro erst einmal die maximal zulässige Speichergröße überschritten, wird es teuer für den Arbeitgeber. Hinzu kommt auch noch die Unübersichtlichkeit bei der E-Mail-Aufbewahrung: Die Recherche nach elektronischen Nachrichten verschlingt zusätzlich wertvolle Arbeitszeit.
