Der Vorstand der net AG (ISIN DE0007867400) hat mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrates am heutigen Tage beschlossen, das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft von derzeit € 14.480.887 um bis zu € 1.448.080 auf bis zu € 15.928.967 gegen Bareinlage durch Ausgabe von bis zu 1.448.080 neuen auf den Inhaber lautenden Stückaktien mit einem anteiligen Betrag am Grundkapital in Höhe von € 1,00 je Aktie zu erhöhen.

Den Aktionären der net AG wird ein mittelbares Bezugsrecht eingeräumt. Der Ausgabebetrag für die neuen Aktien beträgt € 1,70 je Aktie. Die neuen Aktien sind ab dem aktuellen Ge-schäftsjahr 2004/2005 mit voller Gewinnanteilsberechtigung ausgestattet. Ein Bezugsrechts-handel
