Die ifa systems AG wird die Anfang des Jahres prognostizierten Werte bei Umsatz und EBIT nach IFRS für das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr 2012 nicht erreichen. Der traditionell starke Umsatz im Dezember wurde um ca. 1,8 Mio. Euro gegenüber der Planung unterschritten. In den USA und im weiteren internationalen Bereich haben sich Abschlüsse und Projektstarts, die für das letzte Quartal 2012 vorgesehen waren, verzögert. Gründe dafür sind Verunsicherungen über die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung, Turbulenzen bei Mitbewerbern (USA) und fehlende IT-Kapazitäten bei Kunden (verzögerte Projektvorbereitungen) im internationalen Bereich.

Der Vorstand erwartet für das Gesamtjahr 2012 nur eine Gesamtleistung (IFRS) auf Vorjahresniveau (Vj. 9,4 Mio. VWE).
