Icinga releases Reporting for early adopters
On Wednesday, April 17, 2019 the Icinga GmbH will release the first use case of Icinga Reporting. The new framework enables users to calculate, display and export SLA reports for their hosts and services. This release for early adopters is the foundation for an overall reporting functionality for Icinga.
The first version of Icinga Reporting handles a calculated percentage value of the availability of hosts and services over a specified time range. The data can be displayed either directly within the Icinga web interface or exported to PDF, JSON or CSV format. With scheduled reports users can receive the prepared data periodically via email.
The Reporting framework is especially designed for systems engineers who are concerned with meeting their SLA (Service-Level-Agreement) and who want to share reports with their team and managers.
All information about Icinga Reporting will be available in the Icinga Blog on Tuesday, April 17: icinga.com/blog
