IBC SOLAR AG brings new CEO on board

Bad Staffelstein, (PresseBox) - IBC SOLAR AG, one of the leading specialists in solar photovoltaic systems strengthens its management team. From January 2008, Thomas C. Sauer has been supporting president and CEO, Udo Möhrstedt, in the management of IBC SOLAR AG as CEO.

Thomas C. Sauer has broad experience in engineering in various industries such as industrial and specialty gases, aviation, special glass and photovoltaic systems. Before joining IBC SOLAR AG, Sauer was a managing partner at the energy consultant company EXXERGY GmbH and has held various positions with Union Carbide/Praxair, Flytex and Schott AG.

"With Thomas C. Sauer we have won an important strategist for our company, and made an important step towards IBC’s future strategic orientation", said Udo Möhrstedt, president and CEO of the IBC group. "Our company will benefit from his broad experience as a corporate consultant in the technology sector. Both the logistics and supply chain management areas should receive new stimulation from Mr Sauer, and will enable us to expand our footprint in the photovoltaic market."
