Neue Low Budget-Elektrozylinder-Serien RCP3 und RCA2

Mit den zu Pneumatik-Zylindern von Weltmarktführer SMC fast baugleichen RoboCylinder-Serien RCP3 und RCA2 setzt der andere japanische Marktführer IAI weiter konsequent auf seine Perestroika-Stategie "Green Automation" für fluidarme Fabrikautomation.

Die Elektrozylinder mit separat austauschbarer Schritt- (RCP3) oder Servomotor-Einheit (RCA2) können dank ähnlicher Konstruktion wie die SMC-Zylinderserien MY1 und MXS problemlos in bestehende Anlagenkonzepte übernommen werden.

Die 55 - 75 mm breiten Tischschlitten RCP3/RCA2-TA und 32 - 60 mm breiten Standardschlitten RCP3/RCA2-SA können eine horizontale Nutzlast bis 10 kg aufnehmen (vertikal bis 4 kg), bei Verfahrwegen von 25 - 200 mm (TA) bzw. 50 - 600 mm (SA).
