HP iPAQ hw6500: der Countdown läuft

Es ist soweit: Der bereits angekündigte HP iPAQ hw6500 Mobile Messenger ist ab Anfang August im Fachhandel erhältlich. Der hw6510 kostet 699 Euro, der hw6515 mit integrierter Kamera ist für 729 Euro erhältlich (unverbindliche Preisempfehlung inklusive Mehrwertsteuer).

Der hw6500 vereint Handy, Organizer, GPS-Navigation und optionale Kamera in einem eleganten, handlichen Gehäuse - eine komplette Kommunikationszentrale mit nur 165 Gramm. Neben Mobilfunkfunktionen (GSM/GPRS/EDGE) verfügt der Mobile Messenger über Bluetooth, mobilen Internet- und E-Mail-Zugriff, eine integrierte Tastatur sowie Organizer-Funktionen. Ein transflektiver TFT-Touchscreen mit einer Diagonale von drei Zoll (75mm) und einer Auflösung von 240 x 240 Pixeln sorgt für eine brillante Darstellung. Dank des 1.200 mAh starken Akkus (optional 1.800 mAh) arbeitet der Mobile Messenger mehrere Tage zuverlässig ohne zusätzliche Stromversorgung.
