In spite of the global pandemic, HOLOGATE, the global market leader in immersive location-based entertainment, recorded an impressive number of sales and installations in 2020, considering the circumstances affecting the location-based entertainment industry. Overall HOLOGATE added 55 new systems, across 12 different countries, further expanding the largest VR network in the world, now with more than 400 live turnkey VR systems across 36 countries, and reaching more than 7 million players.

In addition to that, HOLOGATE created the HOLOGATE Hygiene and Safety Standards which were successfully adopted throughout the industry, and due to lockdowns and travel restrictions, HOLOGATE supported the installation of several systems via remote video calls, a highlight which they featured in their customer success story featuring Vaunce Super Park in Suwon, South Korea.

In the appropriately named article Goodbye 2020 – From Survival to Success HOLOGATE shares their year in review, including their client/industry, relief and support efforts, as well as insight into their specific sales and installation locations from 2020, and the types of facilities from FECs to Trampoline parks and beyond.
