Dr. h. c. Eggert Voscherau (69), seit 2011 Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats der HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, hat sich entschlossen, sein Amt mit Wirkung zum 30. Juni 2012 niederzulegen. Der Schritt erfolgt aus persönlichen Gründen.

Der Aufsichtsrat hat dem Amtsgericht Essen vorgeschlagen, Frau Christine Wolff (51) zu seiner Nachfolgerin zu berufen. Frau Wolff war zuletzt als Senior Vice President, Managing Director Europe and Middle East (EMEA) der URS Corporation tätig. URS ist ein börsennotierter US-amerikanischer Ingenieurkonzern mit mehr als 56.000 Mitarbeitern in 50 Ländern und einem Jahresumsatz von 9,5 Mrd. USD.
