Wir bringen Lebensmittel in Form ... und machen regionale Lebensmittel druckbar

Die Zukunftstechnologie des dreidimensionalen Druckens ist besonders wichtig für die regionale Innovationsfähigkeit. Ein Trend in der additiven Fertigung ist der 3D Druck mit Lebensmitteln, das sogenannte „3D Food Printing“. Eine Ergänzung in der technisch hochwertigen Ausstattung der Hochschule Rhein-Waal hat jetzt die „Stiftung Standort- und Zukunftssicherung Kreis Wesel" ermöglicht. Sie unterstützt das zdi-Zentrum (Zukunft durch Innovation) Kamp-Lintfort durch die Anschaffung von 3D-Druckern für Keramik und Schokolade durch eine Projektförderung von 24.000 Euro.
