Ziehharmonika als Vorbild für neuartiges Spulenprinzip

Die Leiterplatte wird zum dreidimensionalen Bauelement: Durch Falten flexibler Folienstrukturen wie bei einer Ziehharmonika lassen sich miniaturisierte Spulen mit nahezu beliebig vielen Lagen erzeugen. Im Ergebnis entstehen präzise Spulenbauelemente, die eine hohe Strombelastbarkeit, einen kleinen ohmschen Widerstand sowie geringe kapazitive Beläge aufweisen. Und sie sind sogar in konventionelle Leiterplatten integrierbar - ein riesiger Fortschritt für viele Anwendungen. Handys können beispielsweise damit noch flacher und leichter oder Stecker-Netzteile kleiner als bisher konstruiert werden. Hierzu kommen neu entwickelte Entwurfs- und Herstellungsverfahren zum Einsatz, die im Rahmen des vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) geförderten Verbundprojektes "Serientaugliche Fertigungsverfahren für mikrostrukturierte Induktivitäten mit uxxjembblqy Akmrejxbb- stq Icqeaimsxwwguljp" (CcgeuWcu) fvixywlunx swuh.
