Hochschulabschluss - was dann?

In Zusammenarbeit mit der Hochschule Aalen veranstaltet Carl Zeiss am kommenden Mittwoch, 5. November, eine Podiumsdiskussion über die gegenseitigen Erwartungen von Hochschulabsolventen und Unternehmen.

Der Fachkräftemangel ist längst in den deutschen Unternehmen angekommen. Auch der Oberkochener Carl Zeiss AG fällt es immer schwerer, offene Stellen mit geeigneten Fachkräften zu besetzen. Aus diesem Grund findet am Mittwoch, 5. November, ab 13.30 Uhr die Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema

"Hochschulabschluss - was dann?" statt. Die Veranstaltung im Senatssaal 246 der Hochschule (Beethovenstr. 1) richtet sich an Studierende aller Fachrichtungen sowie Interessierte aus der Region. "Welche Ansprüche stellen Hochschulabsolventen an ihren zukünftigen Arbeitgeber"? "Was erwarten Unternehmen von Absolventen?" Diese und weitere Fragen werden diskutiert. Weitere Inhalte der Diskussion sind Fragen zu Karriereplanung, Gehalt, gefragte Berufe und Einstiegsprogramme für Hochschulabsolventen.
