Aufwärtswandler mit Leistungsschalter für High-Brightness-LEDs

Neu im Portfolio des Elektronik-Distributors Henskes ist der ZLED7015 von ZMD. Der Aufwärtswandler mit integriertem 35-V-MOSFET-Leistungsschalter und einer Schaltfrequenz von 1 MHz wurde für High-Brightness-LEDs entwickelt. Der Ausgangsstrom lässt sich über externe Komponenten programmieren, möglich sind PWM, lineares und DC-Spannungs-Dimmen. Sein großer Eingangsspannungsbereich von 6 bis 30 V prädestiniert den ZLED7015 auch für Anwendungen, die ihre Eingangsspannung von Batterien mit mehreren Zellen oder geregelten Spannungen von 12 und 24 V erhalten. Weitere wichtige Anwendungen sind Niedervolt-Retrofit-Beleuchtungen, Ersatz für Glühlampen, LED-Backligthing und Automotive. Ein kontrolliertes Anlaufverhalten reduziert Stromspitzen beim Einschalten und verlängert die LED-Lebensdauer.
