Neu im Henskes-Programm sind jetzt die ROHM Hochspannungsregler der PrestoMOS(TM) -Serie. Sie sind ideal für Stromversorgungen mit integriertem Wechselrichter geeignet. Die High-Speed-Switch-Technologie funktioniert mit einer internen Diode mit hoher trr Eigenschaft. Sie kombiniert höchste Effizienz mit sehr geringen Verlusten bei sehr kleinen Abmessungen.

Der niedrige On-Widerstand, niedrige Qg und die interne High-Speed-trr Diode führen zu mehr Effizienz. Die Internal High Speed trr Diode benötigt keine externe FRDs (Fast Recovery Dioden), so dass weniger Teile erforderlich sind.
