Neue komplementär N-Kanal und P-Kanal MOSFETs im SOT963 Gehäuse

Das neue CENTRAL Bauelement CMRDM3575 beinhaltet einen 20V,160 mA N-Kanal und einen 20V, 140mA P-Kanal MOSFET. Die beiden MOSFETs haben kompatible elektrische Daten und sind auf einem gemeinsamen Chip integriert.

Die CMRDM3575 ist im derzeit kleinsten SMD Gehäuse SOT963 untergebracht, was zu einer "boardspace" Ersparnis von erstaunlichen 61% gegenüber SOT563 führt. Die Gehäusehöhe des SOT963 beträgt 0,5mm. Damit ist CMRDM3575 ideal geeignet für platzsparenden Einbau in Kleinstsensoren, Kleinstfühlern, "powermanagement" oder DC-DC Konvertern. Darüber hinaus findet es auch Einsatz in batteriebetriebenen oder "synchronous load rectification" Anwendungen.

Die VPE beträgt 8.000 Stück auf 7" Rollen. Muster sind ab sofort über Henskes erhältlich.
