Theilgaard Mortensen implements Product Information Management (PIM) from Heiler Software for IBM WebSphere Commerce

Gyldendal, Denmark's leading online book shop, has selected Heiler Software and Theilgaard Mortensen to manage their product data with a central solution. The Enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) suite from Heiler will support Gyldendals long tail strategy with IBM WebSphere Commerce.

With millions of books is Denmarks book retailer number one. Gyldendal manage product information, coming from many different suppliers, in different formats and high volume. One of the biggest challenges in this retail business is to enrich data and ensure quality. From now the Heiler Product Manager will help to manage this large assortment and to simplify supplier adoptation, which minimise time to market by integrating supplier data to ecommerce channels.
