HASCO Adapter für unterschiedliche Zentrierflansch-Durchmesser

Den passgenauen Einbau von Spritzgießwerkzeugen in die Maschine erleichtert ein Zentrierflansch. Die neuen HASCO Zentrierflansch Adapter Z7500/... ermöglichen bei unterschiedlichen Durchmessern an Maschine und Werkzeug eine werkzeuglose Adaption ohne spanende Anpassungsarbeiten.

Dabei sorgen die mitgelieferten Federringe für eine kraftschlüssige Spannung der Adapter. Eine große Einführschräge ermöglicht eine einfache Führung über 8 mm in der Spritzgießmaschine. Bei der Demontage kommen Knippecken unterstützend zum Einsatz.

Die Zentrierflansch Adapter aus korrosionsfreiem Stahl sind reinraumtauglich und sowohl in Inch als auch in metrischer Ausführung lieferbar. Zum schnellen und fehlerfreien Einsatz der richtigen Adapter in der Produktion sind alle Zentrierflansch Adapter mit einer eindeutigen Beschriftung qjbajjii.
