Merkblatt zur neuen Erbschaft- und Schenkungsteuer

Zum 1. Januar 2009 haben sich die Regelungen zur Erbschaft- und Schenkungsteuer gravierend geändert. Die Handwerkskammer Heilbronn-Franken hat deshalb ein Merkblatt zum neuen Steuerrecht erstellt. Es gibt einen allgemeinen Überblick zur Bewertung von Privat- und Betriebsvermögen und zu dessen Besteuerung. In einer Tabelle sind die drei Steuerklassen mit allen Steuerfreibeträgen und Steuersätzen dargestellt. Wichtig für jeden Betriebsübergeber sind die Voraussetzungen, unter denen Betriebsvermögen steuerfrei übertragen werden kann. Das Merkblatt erläutert die zwei neuen Begünstigungsmodelle und verdeutlicht anhand eines konkreten Beispiels die neuen Regelungen.
