Recently Handtmann A-Punkt Automation has appointed Andreas Leiner as co-managing director alongside Andreas Podiebrad.
Mr. Leiner will work in close cooperation with Mr. Podiebrad, who has been in his role since 1998, and will focus on production, service and purchasing, where he has extensive experience.
After studying economics and sinology Mr. Leiner held a number of senior management positions in technological organisations and gained international experience. After specializing in managing know-how transfer activities to and from low-cost countries he held several executive functions, including at Siemens, where he was responsible for purchasing departments in Europe and Asia in the sector
