Die Gemeinsamen Globalen Koordinatoren und Joint Bookrunners Citi und JPMorgan haben am 6. November 2007 die ihnen im Rahmen des Börsengangs der Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) von der HHLA-Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, einer mittelbaren hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaft der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg, eingeräumte Option, bis zu 2.800.000 A-Aktien der Gesellschaft zum Platzierungspreis von 53,00 Euro pro Aktie zu erwerben (die so genannte Greenshoe-Option), vollständig ausgeübt.

Damit wurde im Rahmen des Börsengangs der Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG die Gesamtzahl von 22.000.000 A-Aktien zum Platzierungspreis platziert (einschließlich 2.800.000 Greenshoe-Aktien). Das Gesamtemissionsvolumen des Börsengangs beträgt rund 1,17 Mrd. Euro.
