Veränderungen im Aufsichtsrat der STEAG HamaTech AG

Mit Beschluss durch das zuständige Amtsgericht Pforzheim vom 31.01.2006 wurden die Herren Roland Lacher, Stefan A. Baustert und Klaus Hammen gemäß § 104 Abs. 1 AktG als Aufsichtsräte der STEAG HamaTech AG bestellt.

Alle drei neuen Mitglieder sind gleichzeitig Vorstandsmitglieder der SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, die zum 31.01.2006, 12.00 Uhr, 80,69 % der Anteile an der STEAG HamaTech AG hält. Im Rahmen der Hauptversammlung am 21. Juni 2006 werden Neuwahlen zum Aufsichtsrat erfolgen.

Der Aufsichtsrat trat heute zur konstituierenden Sitzung zusammen und wählte Herrn Stefan A. Baustert zum Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrates der STEAG HamaTech AG.
