Joachim Eppinger, Finanzvorstand der HamaTech AG, hat im Rahmen der heutigen Aufsichtsratssitzung mitgeteilt, dass er beabsichtigt, eine neue Verantwortung in einem anderen Unternehmen zu übernehmen. Der Aufsichtsrat hat seinen Wunsch, ihn aus seinen Pflichten zu entlassen, mit Bedauern zur Kenntnis genommen und seinem Ausscheiden zum 31.05.2007 zugestimmt. Herr Eppinger hat sich nach der Übernahme der HamaTech durch Singulus Technologies bei der Restrukturierung und Integration beider Gesellschaften hohe Verdienste erworben. Die Restrukturierung der HamaTech war zum 30.04.2007 abgeschlossen.
