Gurit Wins Four-Year Automotive Components Supply Contract

Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GUR), a worldwide leading developer and manufacturer of advanced composite materials and technologies, today announced that it has been selected as the supplier for carbon fiber-based automotive body panels by a British premium automotive OEM.

Total value of the four-year contract is at around CHF 15 million. Supply to the project is scheduled to start in June 2018.

Prototyping and development work for the project will be carried out in the Company`s technology center in the UK. Volume production of the car parts will be done at Gurit`s new Hungarian plant using the Company`s novel press technology.
