Gurit Opens Wind Blade Mould Production Facility in Europe
Gurit has been serving European wind blade manufacturers with high-quality, cost effective wind blade moulds and related equipment since 2010. The new production facility in Szczecin, Poland, will improve customer proximity and enable even faster delivery times while maintaining the known cost competitive edge.
The new site will complement the production center in Taicang, China, optimizing the utilization of core competencies and the efficient allocation of resources. Start of production in Szczecin is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2016.
