Giesecke & Devrient and Route1 pursue OEM Distribution Agreement

G&D and Route1 will offer a portfolio of solutions based on G&D's StarSign family of products and Route1's MobiNET subscription-based services

(TSX-V:ROI), a leading global provider of security and identity management solutions today announced they have entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) to conclude an OEM Distribution Agreement by the end of October 2007 enabling Route1’s suite of identity management subscription services to be integrated into G&D’s StarSign® product family for e-identity tokens.
