Das GfK Bild des Monats für Dezember zeigt die regionale Verteilung der Kaufkraft für das Sortiment Spielwaren & Hobbys im Online-Handel sowie stationären Handel in Deutschland im Jahr 2019.

Die Pro-Kopf-Kaufkraft für dieses Sortiment unterscheidet sich dabei innerhalb Deutschlands sehr – auch was die beiden Kanäle betrifft. Während bei den einwohnerstärksten Kreisen (ab 1 Mio. Einwohnern) der Stadtkreis München sowohl online (58 Euro) als auch stationär (79 Euro) den ersten Platz belegt, folgen im Online-Handel auf den Rängen zwei und drei die Region Hannover (48 Euro) und der Stadtkreis Köln (45 Euro).
