Mein Heimatdorf Rust, eine 4500-Einwohner-Gemeinde in Süddeutschland, ist aufgrund eines bekannten Freizeitparks zu einem Tourismusmagneten geworden. Dies stellt Rust vor eine große Herausforderung, was das Thema Notfallmanagement angeht.
